you have a good site here, taking care of many issues
and giving good advise to people planning to stay in
huahin, but..... I still miss reliable information about
hotels policies towards unregistred guest, in other
words, rules for entry and joinerfees, etc.
if you choose to stay in pattaya or patong and bkk
you get good info from different fora, why not in huahin,
I politely ask!? it could make the difference when
deciding where to go-

Sorry, didnt mean to be unfriendly.
I have stayed in many hotels in HH,
and I have seen men coming in
with joiners without any problem.
I think the rules in Pattaya hotels
are more serious than in HH.

To reply to the OP's very tactful enquiry, I would say that there is rarely any issue with this in Hua Hin.

If you are staying at one of the posher hotels, it would be advisable to select a companion who has a little more dress sense and decorum than most, and is not obviously a working girl.

Other than that, enjoy your visit!
