I got such a quick and accurate response from fellow board members two days ago about the 3BB office location that I was able to find it and take care of business an hour after posting the question so thanks and here's another one.
Like the internet company (TT&T, then TripleT, then 3BB), my satellite TV company has changed it's name (UBC to TrueVisions) and office location (used to be on the 3rd floor of Market Village) since I last needed a face to face.
They have a billing problem with my account that I've tried to resolve by phone and internet unsuccessfully so it's time for a face to face. Where is the office located that may handle local account billing problems/questions.
The only one I've seen is on the corner of the road between the two traffic lights adjacent to the night market. Is that where I should go or is there another office somewhere?

The shop you know of is I believe the best.
They are also still in market village on what I and other Brits call the second floor. The office is now along the back wall amongst the stalls selling telephones etc.

There is also a True Vision Office going North on the Petchkasem Road on the right hand side about 100 meters past the Shell Gas station.
