Romantic Bar?
Romantic Bar?
It's been awhile since I last saw any mention of the Romantic Bar. Does Chris and Puy still operate it? I don't see any mention of them in the sponsor listing and their web site has been taken off. If anyone has any knowledge concerning this bar I'd be interested in hearing what's happened. Thanks.
Chris broke his leg and had complications with a knee in a car accident just before Christmas. He is now out of hospital and recovering at home. Bars and Kims Kitchen still up and running

Anyway - yes I just heard that Chris is back in hospital in the UK with further knee problems - and very severe pain. He doesn't know how much longer it will take.
Is that right Richard he's in Leeds? I was hoping it was Hull - I could stop off with a bag of grapes.
Will keep all up to date and am sure we all wish him well.

Chris has had his op in Hull and is recovering well.
He has his leg in a metal frame that has to be adjusted daily
He is in a bit of pain with this but still smiling
Hopefully he will be back in HH in the not to distant future.
If I get any more news I will post it

Romantic bar still Buzzin' as ever,Puy still at the helm,Chris in UK,just about bed-bound with a leg-cage fitted to re-align his knee,gonna be a slow job and has to learn to walk again. Also has a blood-clot that will stop him flying till docs give him the all-clear.
