One of the red dots in the Bazaar is Nancy Bar (the ladyboy food bar!)
Is Hard Bang-Kok still there next to Coconuts, too?
Unfortunately, I rather suspect by the end of the 'high' season, you may be deleting more than you are adding...
Had enough of the trolls. Going to sleep. I may be some time....
Thanks again, another update added. Lets keep this thread updated with any new info, unfortunately on the rare, almost freak occasions that I actually make it into town I usually get so ratted that I can't remember what day it is, let alone what bar I'm in.
We could do a Soi 80 map if someone would be willing to tell us what is there!

There one and the same mate, for some reason Coconuts has a big 'box sign' coming out from it's wall right next to Power Zone bar with that Bang-kok name on it !?!?

Yeah I will, drink down there more often these days than Binterblock, it's seems to change every other day though!!
Put something up shortly mate.
Soi 80 bars. The 'Give Friends 100%' is a 100 Pipers motto or something so doubt that's their name, but it's all I could really see on the outside. It's that Thai run place with mostly Thai clientelle and a big garden area, dead opposite Butterfly Rock.
Wow, that's changed a hell of a lot since I last stayed in that area Back then, I think there was Dick's Office and maybe Give Friends 100% and Ohma Bar (although I've no idea what they were called then).

I came down Nebkahardt road last night (on the way home from a grueling trip to Issan) looking for an open pharmacy for my wife who got sick on the trip and it appeared that The Shed has closed. It was dark and shuddered at 10 p.m. on a Saturday night which is never a good sign for a bar!
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
I thought there was a more up to date thread than this one ?
Anyway, 2 weeks ago I said hello to Lek, the owner of Lips Bar on Poonsuk. A week later it had closed. Went past on Monday and it is now another picture gallery.................................

Had a brekkie there a couple of days ago and it was good and cheap and the new owner (tony from Manchester) was very pleasant and open to any criticism. Maybe he shuts early in the evening as no passing trade then
