I know that the topic of ADSL connections ahas been aired before but has anyone experience of acquiring ADSL in the Khao Tao area.
I fed in the phone number of a neighbour into the Lox web site but it claimed that ADSL was not available.
As this is an expanding village I am hoping that the situation will change or is now available from one of the other providers.
Has anyone got any suggestions or comments?

You're probably only going to get satellite down there, try this:

Its not cheap but if you have four houses in close proximity willing to share the cost you can setup a small local area network and all use the same connection.

Thanks for that Buksida. That was the option that Lox tried to steer me to when I inquired before, but apart from the cost I really need reasonable speed in both directions. I was hoping things might have improved, but I guess I will just have to wait till the PTT catch up with the demand in the area.
