Just when you thought IKTS was testing your abilities, here comes the AWOL - HHAD Challenge League, our very own private fantasy league, and part of the official fantasy league of the Premier League. There is no cost to join or participate in the league, and all you have to do is go to http://fantasy.premierleague.com, and if you haven't already joined for either IKTS or the Fantasy League, go through the joining procedure and create your team and select a squad (if you have joined the IKTS league, then you will still have to create your team but won't need to sign up again). You can change who is in your squad as many times as you want before the season starts incidentally - those new to the fantasy league would do well to read through the rules/guides to help them. Once you have your team, click on the 'Create/Join leagues' link on the right hand side of your team, and enter the following code in the appropriate box under 'Join a private league';

Even though you will be part of this league, you will also be part of the bigger league as well, and that offers prizes for various things - click on the 'Prizes' link on the left hand 'Fantasy Menu' to find out more.

Finally, to make it easy for those playing both IKTS and Fantasy League, you can switch between the two games by hovering over the 'Games' link near the centre top of the page and then clicking on the game you want from the links that appear below and to the left.

The league table will be printed every Friday in AWOL, and no doubt there will be ongoing discussions in this thread as the season progresses, although there is also a forum on the Fantasy League site specifically for each league.

Any problems or questions about signing up or the rules, please post them here and we will do our best to help.

Just to clarify something, it is possible to belong to a number of mini leagues if you wish, so anyone who is participating in the Hua Hin Sports Club league (which involves a separate local fee and monthly/end of season prizes) can also join this one if they want.

Never done this before but I think its a great system...picking and sorting 1 team and then being able to join a few minor leagues

Just over two weeks to go to the big kick off but a lot of the real life teams don't seem to have sorted out their squads yet! Lots of transfer rumours and activity so make sure you check your teams carefully - if a player moves abroad he obviously can't register points in the Fantasy League! Also watch out for the no more than three players from one team rule. Possible early season form guide for three PL teams today and Friday as Spurs, West Ham and Hull compete in the Barclays Asia Trophy along with Beijing Guoan. Being shown live on Star Sports for anyone who is interested - first game Spurs v West Ham at 16.55 today followed by the other two immediately after.

You can make unlimited transfers until the season starts. Go onto my team, then transfers, then click the x or the down arrow below their name and you can replace them

I've noticed some of my players have dropped in price; that makes getting worthy replacements tricky

I am not in Hua Hin so I cannot just drop in at his bar. All I need is his email address. I am not a Nigerian Field Marshall - in fact I owe him a bit of money. Can any one help me?
