I wouldn't blame True Visions if I were you - it will almost certainly be the post office that has messed up; if you go there, into the back, there are often piles of the magazines sitting there waiting to be delivered - I have looked through the pile before and some were several months out of date! Inform True Visions but go and talk to the post office - you might well discover other mail that hasn't been delivered!
Absolutely agree with above. My magazine also didnt arrive (along with a lot of mail).
Go to post odffice demand to see mail room (3rd floor), fill out an official complaint form which they will give you.
I found a load of mail including magazines dumped in a corner.
I also told them that I was going to make a police report that the postman was stealing my mail.
1 week later they changed the postman, coincide that I now get (most) mail.
2 weeks ago I found 3 letters blowing around the soi in the road all for this soi which the postie had obviously just dumped.
PS check the rubbish bin daily, you mail is probably in there.
You can download the magazine, or just a simple text schedule for the month at www.truevisionstv.com.
I've been downloading the text schedule for months. It downloads in a zip file with each channel in a simple text file and is easily searchable using the edit/find function in MS notepad to see when your favorite programs are on (or repeated if you missed the first showing).
Just go to the web site and select English by clicking on the UK flag in the upper right corner. Select "Search Schedule" in the upper right quadrant and then on the next page right below the search boxes you will see the word "download" followed by "Schedule" and "TrueVisions Magazine".
Just select the one you want and it will download to your machine. I find this much more convenient to use than the paper schedule anyway.
