Second Hand Property

Post by jimbeam1 »

Hi,
I am looking to rent a property at the moment. In Hua Hin.
My question is, does anyone know of any prpoerty agents that deal with second hand property. All I seem to come up with on the Internet, is new buys. Cheers

Sorry I should have made it more clear, with my question. I do intend to buy in the future.

Just to reiterate something that's been already posted here regarding rentals:

I think all property agents deal in resales, however their commission is somewhat less on these properties hence why they push new developments.

Two large and IMO respected companies are Hot Property and Siam Properties, so it may be a good idea if you contact them.

I took only 3 weeks to sell my house. The buyers seems to be very selective these days. If you are sitting on the right property ! It will sell, if the price is right. :D

This company is IMHO very respected and well worth a try, if you are buying property in the future in Hua Hin.
