Tried to post on this yesterday but my internet connection's New Year Resolution has been broken already....
Anyway, I just want to say, may the best bits of last year be the worst bits of this year, and may that hold true for the rest of your lives! A pleasure modding you all... :D

I would like to wish Lev, the mods, and all forum members a very happy new year i really hope for everyone that 2009 is a better year all round.
Since becoming a member of this forum i have learnt loads and really enjoy conversing with everyone, granted you will not allways like other peoples opinions but for me, that's what makes this so intresting a good lively debate. :D
For Me 2008 has been a very bad year, the global slow down (credit crunch) hit my earnings up to 40% hence no trips to Thailand my wife only went back for one month, so i have bought slghtly tatty old van and have been working nearly everyone of my days off, doing courier work, i am determined to have at least one month in LOS this year and wish to raise a glass or two with some of you.
Kendo.

Hi kendo.
Sorry to hear that last year was a bad year to you, I guess the economic crackdown hit most of us hard but we have to believe that 2009 will be one of our better years.
A happy new year to you too.
I intend to live forever - so far so good.

Thankyou Norseman, most people have had a credit pinch, long live the king and HHAD and lets have a better year, i really wish everyone will prosper and have a better year in 2009 as much as it is in the media here, i do feel for people living in LOS on fixed income's i would love to live the dream right now, but my wife has allways said "no you dont Know enough" yes she is right god bless her, but being married to a thai for 3 years i have met a lot of people and love LOS, this last 12 months have been very intresing and she is right.... :D

I am very well known where i live and i offen get asked about Thailand and its lovely things in the LOS.

My wife Linie, is very well respected in the Croft Tavern Hythe one thing i allways say to people ,is have a good look at HHAD, i know a bit but learn more everyday, a great learning curve, thankyou.
