I don't actually know the orphanage but from the address, it must be around the Amphoe/Tessebaan/Police/Dricing licence offices on the main road heading south. That entire complex is on the right at the traffic lights with Tesco Lotus on the left.

Sorry, my last post was misleading I'm afraid - but we have now found out exactly where the orphanage is:
Go south towards Pranburi to the traffic lights where Tesco Lotus is.
Keep going straight and you'll see the Post Office on your left.
Keep going until you see a large sign for the company Singer on your left, which is on a corner.
Turn left there and the orphanage is in that soi - Soi Tessebaan 1. Go as far as the second public telephone box (about 350 m) on the left, and the orphanage is opposite on the right.
Hope you find it!
