Charity Based Competition.

We are looking for contestants for a Charity raising night of fun and laughs.

The event will take place in December.

Womanless Beauty Pageant.

Ever wanted to indulge your feminine side? Would you wear a dress for charity? Have you a talent that you've always wanted to share?

All we need is some brave men to dress up as their version of a woman and then have a beauty pageant with them. Contestants can wear makeup, evening gowns and even have a talent competition. Contestants turn into raving beauties and the crowd never stops laughing.

500bt per entrant & winner takes half all the entrant fees.

Other details about the night to be announced if we get enough contestants. Perhaps estate agents other employers etc might like to make a corporate entry. All shapes & sizes welcome!

PM lindosfan1 for details, who, I think, will be Miss Lindos on the night. How about a few 'Miss (add your bar or company name here)'. Bring along some support for your 'Miss' and raise some money for charity. Trophy for the winner, and picture in the local news mags and papers.

This will only work if we get some contestants, spread the word, talk to people, form your team and enter.

Sorry to disappoint you but this is not about TVs.
Entrants will be judged on hairy legs, bad make up, beer bellies muscular definition etc. Also a talent for telling a joke or singing a song.
I have heard a rumour that JD is entering as miss ham and bacon along side myself who he described as miss lindos
To save any worries a changing room will be provided so nobody has to be seen coming through Hua Hin wearing a dress
We have several entrants now date and time to be announced later today. Again another rumour our host will be attending as miss annie.

The evening will be (provisionally) Saturday 6th December (just waiting for confirmation) at Buffalo Bills. Bill & Lorraine will be our hosts (thank you sooooo much!) and entrance fee (to spectate) will be 100bt per head plus gift for silent auction (to be explained later!). Bill, bless him, has agreed to be a contestant in our beauty pageant, as has Splitlid, Lindosfan and at least one other contestant. JD, are you going to join us after nominating Lindosfan? I think you'd look lurvely in a dress! And someone told me that Crazy 88 might be up for it - they said he had a sense of humour. Crazy88, fancy putting on a dress for a night for charity? Anyone else?

Bill & Lorraine will put on a free buffet & we will also have other games & quizzes, as well as the fantastic beauty pageant & blind auction.

Just to confirm:

The evening will be held at Ye Olde Buffalo Tavern on Saturday 6th December. Starting 7:30pm - Pageant starting just after 8pm. We still need contestants for the pageant, please pm Lindosfan if you're interested in indulging your inner diva

Entrance fee for non-contestants is 100B per person & you must also bring a giftwrapped prize for the blind auction. A blind auction, basically, is one where you can't see what you're bidding for! You can pick up the items, smell them, squeeze & shake them gently (a bit like trying to figure out your Christmas presents when you were a kid). You then place your bid on a piece of paper. Be sure to bid high, because one of the prizes will contain a voucher for this gorgeous bed donated by Siam Old Teak!


Time permitting, there will also be a couple of quizzes.

And our fantastic hosts, Bill & Lorraine will also be putting on one of their fabulous free buffets. So, please come & join us for some laughs, drinks & fun. Hope to see you there.
