looking to rent house

good afternoon all you E-people.

i was looking at new accommodation and thought this may be a good place to ask. i'm looking for a house 2 bed room ( well one bed room, one office ) looking for a Eu style kitchen and a really nice comfy couch ( so furnished)
. in the area of town, but not to close. i'm looking at 11,000 - 13,000 tbh.

if any one can help, knows or has any such pearls on offer let me know .
