No-frills Bicycle(s) Wanted (moved from Ask the Expats)

Post by suzannejames »

I'm interested in buying one or two bikes for my teenage boys. They're both taller than me  so that puts them at 5'7" or more.

I don't want to spend a lot of money and they don't need anything fancy. Anything that's used and in pretty good shape I'd like to have a look at.
Both kids are long-time BMX bikers, but again, this go 'round I'm not looking to spend that kind of money.
To be able to fool around on something vs. nothing would be be a step up, I'd say! :)

Have you tried Hua Hin Bike and Kayak opposite the shell station at the north end of town? They have a wide range of bikes and have always been very helpful with my cycling needs.
