I think someone had better warn Jimmy to get in extra rations for this weekend! :)

Well, we went, and we weren't disappointed (thank you g.tott). Roast lamb, beef, pork or turkey with roast tatties, yorkshire pud and assorted standard veg (no sprouts, though). 280 baht per person, if I remember, and very generous helpings. English mustard (but no French) and mint sauce - didn't notice if they had horseradish as nobody had the beef. I had the pork, no crackling. I also had some scraps of lamb that my little font of wisdom couldn't quite sqeeze in, and jolly tasty it was.

The food wasn't hot enough, but all four of us enjoyed our meal so much that it would have been churlish to make any negative comment.

Three puds - apple pie and custard, lemon meringue pie and I can't remember the third option. 80-90 baht each. The lemon meringue was average, the apple pie and custard delicious (but would have been better hot - no complaint, as they clearly weren't meaning to serve it hot, but next time I'll ask). A couple of beers and a couple of bottles of water, under 400 baht a head.

And it's a pleasant, open location and a bit out of town (which didn't stop someone turning up to sell DVDs!).

Can't compare it with anywhere else, as it's the first Sunday roast I've had for years. Not the last, though...

Went for Sunday roast today. Very nice good tasty food. A couple more taters would have been good but there was enough for er indoors (I had to nick a couple of her taters!) Roast beef yorkshire pud 240 bht v nice.
Our food was fine heat wise.
Apple pie and custard, agree would have been better hot
All in all very good, will certainly go there again (dont forget the comment about a couple more taters though)
