I remember when i was a child, if my mother had to get a splinter out or prick a spot--she would take a sewing needle, strike a match and hold the needle in the flame for about 5- 10seconds---very effective sterilising technique.

I am not sure who deserves the credit--the girls, the mamasans, the bar owners or public health but it is firmly ingrained into the bar girl culture that condoms are a MUST.

Interestingly the op is beneficial for the patient but also the cost savings to the Health Care system means that it is a 'good deal' for insurance plans including govt ones.

Moderator I answered one of these Personal Messages about a year ago, but my memory was that I was informed by Email that one was waiting. I suspect that these messages are going to my hospital Email which is now defunct as i am not working there anymore.
