Re: Hi Where to stay and how to get there

I booked Jed Pee Nong for 3 weeks 2 years ago, only stayed 1 night as room was awful, water dripping through ceiling. I know many people recommend it, but my own experience was not good.Ended up staying in Sirin just across the road which was much better.

For road bikes (racing) try tourdeasia.com ,they have Specialized and Marin.A bit pricey but they look to be well maintained.

Re: Donkeys rest hotel

Thanks Joe,a very comprehensive report,I think that you have persuaded me to book for next January.I like the sound of the local bars,as I usually go out for a few whilst the other half applies her war paint.u

Donkeys rest hotel

Hi all,
Has anyone stayed at, or can give any info on Donkeys rest hotel on Soi 94.I have contacted them and they have given what seems to be a very good rate for January next year. Also it it too far to walk from there into town, or to stagger back later? All info greatly appreciated.

Re: September in Hua Hin

Thanks for the reply Korkenzieher, I will have to decide whether to risk September (how cold at night?) or hang on until the January after.
