Advice wanted, a month ago injured my back in the UK, I had a MRI scan and the Dr told me I had a compressed disc, this all happened the day I was due to fly back here, so they gave me valium, and IV morphine and I was able to fly back a few days late. Since being back here I am trying loads of diff...

Can anyone recommend a good one please, trying to keep fit and done my back in, dare not go to a massage place in case they make it worse.

Funnily enough I was in the pharmacy with the very same problem today, the man gave me Starda B cream cost 90baht to put on 3 times a day and what a relief. Don't know what caused it, maybe the swimming pool or maybe deodourant. But whatever it was it was driving me crazy.

In the years I have lived here we have used San Paulo and luckily always had good experiences, but because cost is an issue we now go to the Poly Clinic. The Doctor we see there is excellent. I just had my annual checkup and he was thorough and the price was good.
