thats crap guess. a bar just went for 850000 baht on this very website! as for liverpool, you can get a 2 bedroom house for £65000 if your lucky.

it is a bit of a rough and ready place. its just like a shack, and the stepladder just adds to the character. i reckon you could buy the place for 600000 baht. but a pub is more than its fixtures and fittings, and the cracks good. the atmospheres not too bad either!

the irish bar that i dont know the nameof by hotel murphy is better. they have cans of guinness and the bgs are really friendly.
