Bicycle Rental in Hua Hin

Post by yameus »

Hi all,

I'm thinking of going around Hua Hin by bicycle (I don't have a motorbike license! :( )

Anyone can recommend me a good place to rent a bicycle and how much does it cost?

Also, anything I should look out for - e.g, there are a few warnings about motorbike rental- how about bicycle rental?

I guess that's all for now  Thanks in advacce :thumb:

yameus,

I am by no means an expert on cycle hire in Hua Hin, but if you look at this thread http://www.huahinafterdark.com/forum/wh ... t4681.html, I think you might find Heebio's post on the 26 Jun 07 interesting.

yameus, I don't know what type of bike you require, but if you just need something to get around, you can buy cheap chinese made things for about 1000 bt so it might be cheaper just to buy one if you are about for a couple of weeks.

Big Boy, thanks for the link. I got it, thanks!

Steve G, I won't be in Hua Hin for such a long time (1 day to be exact  ) so I don't think that would be such a good idea...

If the chinese bikes are so cheap, how come nobody are buying them and renting them for say, 100baht or so a day? They can recoup ther expense in just 10 days! Hmmmm....
