Glove compartments are like houses; regardless of size, you always manage to fill them with all sorts of uselss crap. But never gloves... And does anyone still wear driving gloves these days?
But if you do, here's some helpful advice...

How to wear driving gloves (without looking like an idiot…)
In the world of fashion, there are many examples of function turning to fashion. Garments from bomber jackets to windbreakers have broken through into mainstream style. Accessories from driving shoes to aviator sunglasses have graduated from our practical wardrobes to everyday items.
Driving gloves, however, aren’t quite there. They may be well-made, crafted from the finest leathers and undeniably effective at giving drivers the extra grip and grasp they need behind the wheel, but there’s still something snigger-worthy about these automotive accessories. Which begs the question; how can you wear driving gloves without looking like an idiot?
This is the way

^ Packing a house with useless cr@p??! Good God no...... Well aside from 6 years in the UK with the LHG (and myself ) collecting shite and boxes still unopened from China and close to 15 years collecting......
Gloves...... Christ man, I can't be without them - no sexual undertones there, work-wise, weather-wise or both. As for driving.... never poncy, but when driving a convertible in the UK (winter, summer or spring), it's a requirement!
"Looking like an idiot" ........ Well, being a Welshman with a considerable "Dad Dancing" talent, a dress sense of Compo with my Welsh bobble hat and scarf and a belief that Y-Fronts are personalised, I hold no fear there....

Hmmm... That post-Covid drink we've promised ourselves - perhaps it could be somewhere very private... out of the public eye?
And anyone who owns a convertible in the UK is clearly certifiable.
(I can personally confirm that, as a Scottish mate of mine has one that he drives while wearing a flat cap. It's an ageing Peugeot with an Italian name - he calls it a classic, but I call it a heap of junk.)

Some interesting things in this, especially spellings which I must have had wrong many times.
