Google images is saying it's some kind of pine tree found along the USA Atlantic coast. That can't be right.

I thought it looked familiar. It seems to be a Sago palm in flower. I have a Sago palm but it's never flowered, but the fronds in the OP photo looked familiar to me. Search "Sago palm flower" and there are many more images.

Plant identification
Trying to work out the correct name for this plant. The Thais call it "Mork" but my best guess is it is a part of the jasmine family

Agree with Kraka's Dad. I'd put money on that being a Fuchsia.
