I have a couple of old Mac PowerPC laptops that I need to dispose of responsibly.
One is a G3 MacBook that still boots up. The screen is a bit messed up and a couple of keys no longer work, but it may be a tinkerer's dream.
The other is a G4 PowerBook that was a great machine in its time. This one doesn't boot and has no hard drive.
Any place to recycle or donate?

I'd be happy to take them off of your hands
Re: Computer Disposal
I will be coming to Cha Am on Thursday. On Friday we will be in Hua Hin so my wife can meet up with a client. We return to Korat Sunday. PM me with a time and place where we can meet up.
Re: Computer Disposal
Need to shed some hoarded space. 2 tower systems HP, Compaq, LED monitors still in good condition, several 1Tb HDD + 1 SSD, think motherboard cooked on one the other has memory problem, may also be motherboard. Several key boards/mice, one set brand new. Spare power supply, lots of leads. Couple of routers, still working and many android type TV boxes.
Would love to donate to charity, or free to a computer tinkerer who would take it all off my hands.

I'm interested in this too. I'm not home as of now, at work overseas, but starting to collect up some old laptops and accessories which I plan to get rid of. I was thinking about throwing it in the garbage, but then there could be some that is interested in these things. A post here would make it easier with a location and/or contact numbers.
