I know from Bkk to hua hin you can do no problem and for minimal cost but don't know about from pattaya to bkk? I would imagine the same?

Yes you can< charged by the capacity of the machine, and you will need to strap it in your self the nice train men will assist with getting the machine on board,

eg from Surat to hua hin was 900 thb for a 150 cc machine

you may also have to hang around for a train with space to fit your machine into

driving is more fun done Hua Hin to Pattaya in 6 and a half on a Vespa

I thought about it but my butt sand back may not make it. That's a long ride.
