Prepared in a blender with ice, but not to a total liquid state. You can sip and spoon or, wait awhile and drink pleasurably with a straw.
Extremely popular in places like Hawaii, Mexican resorts, California etc.
Bar owners note, I've never tried it but I think would also be good with a shot of zambuca, rum, sloe gin, flavored brandy, what have you.... but needs to be sweet.
Maybe a good business opportunity here? I think the tourists would go for them big time. I've never seen them this side of the trench.
