Professional Swimming Pool Expert

Can anyone recommend a true swimming pool professional who can resolve issues with saltwater swimming pools and chlorinators etc. Not someone who does general cleaning and simple maintenance but someone who fully understands the workings of all the equipment and how to rectify problems. Maybe a European and certainly someone who can speak good English. Many Thanks.
