Really? Portable as well so that they can carry them around on a truck to an accident site!

I guess that it is better the US does it, rather than China!

Of course an exploding bomb is impossible from a small reactor of the type described - a radioactive leak is possible though, so clearly it needs very careful consideration!!

Thailand can't even properly maintain the low radiation equipment they already have to process gemstones pushing maintenance aside for years until everything fails. A friend of mine here installed and had to reconstruct that equipment when it failed (due to lack of maintenance). Sadly, that friend has passed away this past year and who knows who will bail the Thais out when the equipment fails again. Just keep the installations far away from me.
