Wheel Clamps Near Baan Khun Por

I've just seen something I haven't seen for a few years in Hua Hin. A vehicle had been clamped just up from Baan Khun Por. OK, the car had been parked very badly, but that is par for the course on that road.

I've no idea if it was an official clamp, but something needs to be done on that stretch of road.

I saw that too, but thought it might be the car owner's security. But then I remembered where I was . . .
That said, it wasn't a very robust clamp.
