The only people likely to have copper pipe is air conditioning installers. If you are wanting it for your hot water heater, then do not expect to find pre-soldered fittings. You will either have to use flare type fittings, or silver solder gas weld fittings on to it.

Many online stores including Lazada have various entries for copper pipe. Worth a look.

Another place that may be worth checking is LPG installers. It is used on cars being converted, but the size that you want may not be big enough.
