Yup, nice there's something still to play for on the final day. Pretty boring last day to say the least. I'm going to the cinema instead.

After Luton's promotion, this is now a prem ground. :D

Now, let's hope Villa will move one spot upwards.
Bloody hope so. We're looking at pissing euro conference league otherwise. While the Arse are playing the top teams in Europe we'd be playing (and most likely losing to) some shite from timbuktu. Can do without the ribbing from other fans on Thursday evenings, thank you very much.
At least lost got what he wanted. :thumb:

In a season that sees most people’s favourite Harry Kane, finish with a joint highest tally of 30 goals in the EPL (same as 2017/18) and yet he hardly gets a mention because of a certain Haaland at City!!

I’m surprised the Colonel hasn’t joined this thread after Everton escaped relegation - maybe he’s still out celebrating?

Definitely not celebrating almost going down on the last day of the season two years running.

I'd like to think that my club are better than that!

The reality is that they're absolutely not! So no, I don't feel like 'celebrating' how poor we are especially after blowing 700 million!

I even yearn for the quite recent days under Moyes when we were the 'best of the rest' never mind simply the best(mid eighties).

One word.... embarrassing!

But thank you for thinking of me! Image

You may not be where you’d like to be in the league, but finishing 17th is a whole lot better than finishing 18th!!

Of course, but "relieved" is a better word for the vast majority of Evertonians rather than "celebration".

I can accept that we are/were better than Southampton and Leeds but frankly I'm surprised that we finished above Leicester. I wouldn't want to go into a 2 leg play off with them, that's for sure!

Anyway, see you all next season! Image

A poor season for spurs but quite the season for Harry.

His achievements 22/23.

In any other season HK would be the talk of the town, but he’s been overshadowed by Erling Haaland making the headlines in his first year in the EPL. He’s obviously a special talent, but let’s see if he maintains the same scoring rate next season.

Yes, but you also have to bear in mind the teams they played in. I'd argue that Kane's season is the more impressive given the pathetic performance of the team around him, whereas Haaland is the (excellent) spearhead of a top team collectively in peak form.
This is the way

Whilst I don’t disagree with the previous two comments, you can only measure actual statistics - let’s face it , they’ve both done very well and hats off to them both!!

I'd hate to think where spurs would be without Harry. Doesn't bear thinking about.
