There is/was a chess club playing out of Mollies 99'er Cafe - it's just around the corner from BKP.
I have no dog in the fight, I'm just passing on the info.

Hua Hin Chess Club play at Say Cheese café/restaurant every Sunday, Tuesday and Friday.
