I'm led to believe that a certain Soi 80 bar occasionally has Gentlemans night with an interesting take on a buffet!
Enjoying 'Retirement'....So many jobs to do, I don't know how I ever had time to work!

There are a number of them in Pattaya. I am not aware of any in Hua Hin. Am I missing them?
If there aren't any than why not? Seems like a good business model.
