I'm not a big mint fan so will usually ask for horseradish sauce with lamb. Blasphemy???

No, apple sauce with lamb is blasphemy, horseradish is just a mistake.

Horse radish with beef is a neccessity, mustard is the second choice. Apple sauce and pork perfect match. Lamb mint sauce nothing else.
Woke up this morning breathing that's a good start to the day.
