Hello we are looking for a 3 bed pool villa south of soi 94. Even Khao Tao would be fine. We do not like the north of HH.

There are plenty around on the resale market. It all depends what your budget is.
I know of a very nice one, very well maintained and on a small well looked after development just off soi 112.
Look out for the Royal Garden Resort and its the first house on the left as you enter through the gate.
