That happened to the wife here too. The Koh Chang trail marathon from 2020. They refunded some money due to Covid, but sent her a shirt anyway. I think they actually held it a few months ago, but used the 2020 shirts.

Above you'll notice that ATK test requirement. They're doing that for East runs as well, and probably everywhere else. I thought the law now says they can't insist upon those any longer?

You'll see its the same for footie as well, but nobody seems to be enforcing it. Last year we had to run the gauntlet of getting past the turnstile Gestapo.
To get into the country only proof of vaccination is now required. When the wife told that to the run org people last weekend they still insisted upon an ATK test, within the last 9 days! She went back to the car and got one out of the glove box that was negative from weeks ago and showed them that. It made them happy. Once the bureaucracy becomes set in stone here it's next to impossible to change people.
