Repair Shop for spa filtration pump motor.

Does anyone know of any shop which could check a spa filtration pump motor? The pump itself is good so it's issues wit the motor. Pump and motor as in the attached picture.

I have used this guy to replace bearings, did a good job. He also does rewinds. Speaks a little English.
Last shop in the block of shophouses after Index Mall ,
heading in to town on Petchkasem Rd. He shares the shop with
an automotive guy, so there may be some cars or trucks parked
in front of it.

Yes, he can do it, if you take it to him. The old gentleman there also does car air cons. It is in front of Index / Villa Market. I post this as I have sent other people there and they claim they cannot find it. He is still there, I was in there a couple of months ago.
