Halloween in Hua Hin 2019

I will be rolling into town on the afternoon of October 31st. Are there any cool festivities going on to celebrate Halloween? I've been to Thailand many times, but never during that particular holiday, so I don't know.

I think there's a lot of celebrating going on everywhere. UK is leaving the EU october 31st. I think about taking a bottle Veuve Clicquot with me to Cha-Am.

I did a search through old posts, but every year there seemed to be something different going on. What about Soi Bintabaht? I spent a recent Halloween down on Bourbon Street, in the French Quarter, and it was very entertaining and fun. Lots of costumes and wild frivolity. Could Bintabaht be a miniature version of the same?
