Not just there... I can’t figure out exactly where that is from the picture. Along the beach south of Cha-am there are several noticeable ‘outlets’ dumping onto the beach and creating very short ‘creeks’ into the gulf. There was a recent dispute on how to fix and route one of these that ran between the empty land south of Baan Chan Talay and Krisida Cliff and Beach condos. The local govt insisted that this was all runoff1 from the hills far, far to the west. Only Rainwater. Maybe?
