Home-Pro in Market Village have plastic hand pumps, they are in the back of the store and are cheap. They may also have filters.

I read the OP before going down to Home Pro to look at water coolers. Directly in the middle of the display, they had this pump on show.

Since 22 years I drink drinking water from those 20 L. bottles and I never had the stupid idea to filter it.
