Hawker Stalls

I have been hearing some extremly negative stuff latety regarding the hygene standards and methods used by certain farang style Hawker Stalls.

With the exception of the excellent kebab stand Im am giving them a wide berth at the moment until I hear things more positive.

Has anybody heard the same.

I would like some more information on this subject, if possible, i.e. the types of stall to be avoided.
