You're the lucky one. I've never got the system to work since they started it - over a hundred attempts on multiple machines, browsers, operating systems and internet providers.

Glad I don't have to do it any longer.

Done ours again just over a week ago and was approved within a few days
I usually do the reports about 8 to 10 days before due date
Nice and easy

I've had 2 successes and numerous failures (probably more than buksi) since the scheme started. It is faster for me to walk down to Bluport these days, so I don't even consider online any more.

However, I have friends who, when renewing using the 800K method were told their 90 day report had to be at the main office, and not Bluport because bank balances needed to be checked. This information is 2nd hand, but I have no reason to doubt what I'm being told.
More confusion bought about by the immigration themselves! I use the online 90 day report, have done since it was introduced, and there is NO field or requirement to mention any money! Just did the latest one a couple of days ago, the receipt received the next day.

I did my 90 day on 23rd July (last month) at Blueport. Not a mention of money in the bank etc. it was purely a 90 day report. In and out in 9 minutes.
I have a mate that's doing his 90 day today at Blueport, I'll report back if it's in any way different to mine.

I'll be doing my retirement extension early December at the new office. I'll need all my ducks in a row for that

It would really be interesting to know why some people can never get this to work. Once Immigration removed the stupid Javascript form validation crap from the original iteration, it has worked just fine for us. Never had a failure. Never had to try more than once.

I’ve noticed that recently that office has become very busy, standing room only inside with a fair number of chairs now positioned outside, almost all occupied, I’ve seen that a few times of late.

Me too the last couple of times but that could be down to high season visitors extending their 30day visa as the 90 day queue was smaller.

I suppose that's all down to the various reporting requirements, isn't it?

I try and stay away from them so never leave my house and most definitely don't go another province or heaven forbid get on a plane and spend my money in another country.

What a difference a day makes, yesterday the seats outside were full, I’ve just been again and as I picked up a number, it was called and I was out in a couple of minutes.
Tried the app yesterday, it didn’t work.

Anybody been able to get into the online reporting site. Have tried 3 different browsers on pc and android on phone and extranet site will not download. Is it me or is it a shit system?

I know there is an amnesty till end of July but did not want to make a journey to Immigration if I can avoid it.
