Formula One at TV

Hi, I arrive Hua Hin on sunday and want to watch F1 as near my house as possible.
Anybody knows it is possible in SeaJay's? Or Fight Paradise? or in Palm Bistro?
Have heard that TRUE is not same as one year ago and that is why not so many places have F1 now.
