corruption can lead to good things, after all. (the missus says the man behind everything got rich while in office).
Lucky buriram folk to have someone who uses the money for others benefit as well as his own. Already a nice area around the football stadium for everyone's use. Buriram circuit will be fun to try later this year hopefully.

Their fb page says this fall for completion but it looks like lots of work still to be done.
