My wife (Thai) refers to Soi 80 as the 'Grab-a-granny soi'. But you'll make up your own mind!

What do you expect when most of the customers at this time of year fall into the Grandad category? Some feel more comfortable with 40+ year olds rather than teens!

The young girls are usually very sexy and have a desirable body but in part still little experience,

The older mature women bring a lot of experience and are usually at least as interesting and often still have sexy body although.

so you often will not find "all in one" (very hot+sexy body + much experience + good performance)

but many mid-30 year-olds or late-30 year-olds thai-ladys look very common like 20 - 25-year-olds in Europe

My Thai wife is 70, looks 50 and has the same body she had at 20. One description does not fit all. Women do have to work at it though.
