Bangkok's "bodysnatchers"

Post by Frank Hovis »

An interesting insight in the 'rescue' crews in Thailand. (10 minute video)

Odd that they appear not to be wearing safety belts when they must see the outcome of that everyday.

"We rely on donations" (and what we can take off the bodies)

When my wife's first husband was killed in a road accident, she was notified to identify the body. No watch, no wallet and no gold. Not even his shoes! Of course, nobody knows what happened to them.
I heard many stories the same when I lived in Nongkam.
