Is there someplace close to Hua Hin that has cleaner water? It seems that the ocean water here is more green and brown that other places like Koh Samui. Is it because of the population density here?

Is there a beach close by that has clean sea water for swimming?

I don't think the water is particularly 'dirtier' than elsewhere but I have never seen a completely still sea at Hua Hin. The constant, churning wave action is bound to contribute to the water colour.
