No, that used to be the only covered area when the stadium opened, and it stayed that way for a few years. I think people think there is snob value watching from there. In reality, half of them are watching Thai Soaps on their phones while the footie is on. There is no chanting or banners allowed over there,

Where I sit, it is really loud, adorned with banners and its where the real fans sit. Atmosphere is fantastic.

I hate sitting in the West Stand - it's nowhere near as much fun.

Unfortunately, you can never plan more than 3 weeks ahead with Thai T1 football fixtures. They always change. Even 3 weeks in advance can be taking a chance. I intend that my next BIG adventure will be in the Buriram area for the last match of leg 1, but your dates already differ to mine.
