I tried that (I think) but a lot of posts that I’d seen on this forum didn’t show up on the new one - I’ll try experimenting but it’s not quite as user-friendly so far, but tha5 could very well be down to me!!
They won't/wouldn't show up unless the poster made the post on each forum. HHF 1 posts are not being transferred over to HHF 2.

When I tried to use the d-m name, it told me that was not valid. I think I used 'flibbertygibbet1'.
I think because of the special character of - between the words.
If you want dtaai-maai without the - , we can dump your new username and you can register again.

Well, I don't wish to be immodest, but I feel I am worthy of a special character... :naughty:

All done.

90-95% of my activity here is from the 'Unread posts' quick link which shows new posts across all forums on one page. I hope we have the same function in the new forum. :)

LOL - I saw that before bed last night, and just knew it had to be you

Captions will most likely move to the new site on Friday. If you win, I'll have to announce it as flibbertygibbet1.

The new board equivalent of that is here: https://huahinforum.boards.net/threads/recent

New registrations for this board have now been disabled.

We would like to remind members who have moved to the new forum that if there is no participation or contributions by the community, that too will be closed. It is up to you whether this platform survives; it will not survive on lurking.

Thanks, I see it now. I didn't think to look at 'Forum Information & Statistics' at the bottom of the home page!

Other members, take note :thumb:

I find the new site to be much easier to navigate and read on a mobile phone! I never bothered before as I didn't like the way it worked. :thumb:

Maybe thisis the right moment to drop all these anonymous nicknames and just use our given names???
Or is the anonymity a tool to hide something?? :P :P

Of course assuming all past postings are lost...
