From Hua Hin, head towards Ko Takiab and once you're in KT you'll find yourself on a street with lots of shops and things. Look out for a sign with a blue pentagon on the left, take 5 won't be far on the right, but it's easy to miss, so go slow so you don't miss it.

I think it's opposite Smor Resort/Kabantamor in Takiab village, Farang. Smor is on the left (from HH), Take 5 on the right.
