A big thank you to dtaai-maai again this week for collating the judges scores.

This week's top 5 are:

5th pharvey with "In general, the suspension was fairly good on the new "African Honda", but the croc absorbers were dreadful......." (13 Points)

4th arcadianagain with "Brings new meaning to a traffic tail-back" (15 Points)

3rd Bristolian with "The latest accessory for Zebra crossings was a sure bet" (17 Points)

2nd Frank Hovis with "Dave had tried everything to stop the mud splashing on his legs, then someone told him to use gaiters." (18 Points)

1st place goes to richard with "Every Sunday Samuel would take a ride out in the countryside on his old croc" (20 Points)

Thank you very much to all who participated. Better luck next time to those who didn't win.

richard you now have until 23:59 on 1 Feb 15 to post the next entry. Competition results will be announced on 6 Feb 15.

Big Boy's favourite - "When the repair shop said he needed new gaiters, this wasn't what they had intended!!"

Next week's guest judge will be prcscct, so you are barred from 'valid' captions for the next 7 days.

I didn't realise until today that in the weeks I collate the judges' scores my entries are deleted. Since taking part in the competition is much more fun for me than collating the scores, I'll reluctantly have to withdraw my services.

No they aren't - at least not deliberately. I'll have to check to see what you mean :?

DM, if you look at this week's judges sheet, your entries were there - nothing deleted. I don't understand.

Time to bump this one - less than 2 days to run, and only 3 entries so far.

At the ripe old age of 72, Bernie couldn't get it up anymore... in fact,

...he couldn't get up at all.
