Singha now, although I used to like Singha Gold.
You can have free Singha in the London Lounge at LHR if flying Thai or Eva.
Start off your Hols how you mean to carry on

Anyone know what happened to my favorite Beer brand Mitweida?
It was one of my favorite Beers during my studiy years back but lately it was not found anywhere!!!

What ever Kind of Beer you like

Please drink responsably!!! Prost !!!!

My favourite used to be Chang until I realised that, for me, it caused a particularly bad morning after the night before.

I now tend to stick to Heineken, which is ok(ish), but when all said and done all the beers in the poll are, at best, really average :(

Anyway, really average beer is better than no beer at all

When the brewery finished producing Singha Gold I went onto Heineken but now I prefer to just drink Singha.
Not a bad drink when you get used to it and 6% as well.
Maybe when I am a bit hot I will pop into Crawfords and try some Liffy water, not sure if they sell Guiness extra Cold.
I used to have problems with the Thais understanding that I wanted Singha Gold not Singha Cold (Yen) :D

If anyone is getting bored with Thai beer, I noticed that Big-C now stock Pauliner Original and Helles, for 79 baht a bottle.

After drinking Singhas mak mak, day after day, a Jagermeister shooter settles the stomach and you are ready to go on a session again.
The proper way is to store the Jagermeister in the fridge but I just knock it back quickly,by the way it tastes like medicine. :)

If you have drunken too much Singha, Heineken,Leo or Tiger and ate too much Turkey, then Fernet Branca is another good digestivo to get you back on track again.

Or even better IMHO Draught Carlsberg. I always pour myself a few before boarding. Been is some good lounges over the years but this is the only one where I've seen draught beer available, self service. Excellent.

The only thing about residing in the 'land of smells' is if your a real ale embiber, you will miss the unbubbled warm frothy brew. we are indeed a strange gathering, standing as we do in a 'snug' clad in chunky attair, sporting a foaming pint of wallop twixt gloved fingers whilst espousing the latest rugger fixtures. Names like 'owd bastard' and 'speckled chuffer' are as familiar to us as 'heineken' and 'singha' but room temp and a warm oggie are everything. Those who know, know. Give me bubble free warm water and dont spare the horses my good man......
